This is the disgusting irony that they enjoy living in a country that gives them the freedom to dissent in such a vitriolic manner. For, if they lived in the countries they wish us to aspire to, they wouldn't even have this luxury. And it is in fact a luxury, for there is no courage in dissenting in a country were dissent is allowed: Courage is dissenting in a country were dissent is not allowed. These pampered premadonnas, sheltered by life thanks to the hard work of their parents and enabled by their brethern within academia, have no idea what oppression or poverty really is. They risk nothing with their rhetoric in a country that espouses freedom of speech...and yet they think of themselves as paragons of virtue for the downtrodden as they actually support their captors. Take your peace protests and anti-war rhetoric to Cuba or N. Korea and than we can talk about courage and the virtue of dissent.
