Then it must expell the entire Syrian embassy.
The pucker factor begins to kick in at that point, and no doubt Iraq will soon be getting Syrian help in stemming this minor problem after those actions are taken.

Very true, but there is something about Sir Arthur Harris's methods. I find them to be a good way to... express our displeasure and serve as a strong incentive to encourage a different course of conduct.
