HORROR: New York teen Batsheva Taubenfeld survived the Aug. 19 Jerusalem blast that killed mom Goldie and brother Shmuel - with her, above, on their flight to Israel the day before the tragedy.

October 27, 2003 -- Batsheva Taubenfeld gave her seat on the bus to an older woman. It was a small act of kindness, a routine gesture that New Yorkers do every day without thinking twice.

I knew that Americans were killed and seriously injured in the August 19th bus bomb in Jerusalem. This article about this family is heart wrenching. I could not get through reading without tears. This young girl's life and that of her family have been changed forever. This article was in today's Post, and again today there has been another bombing in Iraq at the Red Cross headquarters. I will never forget or forgive the actions of these terrorists. They purposely aim to kill innocents in the name of their "Religion of Peace".

It is very telling that at the start of the Islamic Holy month of Ramaden they choose to celebrate by inflicting death and carnage to innocents.

I pray for the safety of our troops, they are helping to eradicate this vermin from our planet.

I think terrorism will continue until the perps are convinced that consequences will be certain, and will be greater than islamics would be willing to bear.
