Anything suspected to have started from the homeless or illegals camping in the woods?
I bet it has happened, but could they ever report that?

Nothing reported from the illegals, but they have concluded that the Grand Prix fire /is/ arson. In addition, there was a grey van with two Caucasian males spotted near the Old Waterman fire, and at the Rancho California/Anza/Black Mtn. fire a blue van with three males inside was spotted pulling away as the fire began.
