Bush has promised support. What I'm curious about is why Arizona and Nevada wasn't asked to help us out yesterday. Davis talked (I think it was)this morning about asking AZ and NV for help...what would be the reason to wait so long?

I wouldn't even begin to guess, not knowing the complete situation.

But I do know that you are in danger, so be very careful.

I see a guy on TV this minute telling people to stay home and for company's to send people home.

Am I to take it from these reports that the situation is actually worse than it was yesterday??

Last night I saw a local news story on some Phoenix firefighters/paramedics packing up to head to San Diego; not sure how many or what their status is..
