Anyone wondering about where this fire in Chatsworth is.....here's a yahoo map for the mobile home park that was just evac'd. The major concern is the area north of 118 where the shading is the lightest and you see the curvy but sparse street lines.

I would take the reports of widespread arson with a grain of salt. I've been monitoring news all day, web, radio and TV and have seen no mention of this anywhere but here.

I'm not saying it can't be true but, you have to wonder since if it was true, it'd be BIG news.

Yes, I know. They've been saying it for months. I have always taken the threat seriously. However, we do have more than enough wackos in love with Armegeddon and who would enjoy seeing this entire country burn to have caused the fires without al Aqaeda help. They run with environazi groups. I am NOT ruling out al Qaeda help, just not leaning that way right now.

Thanks for posting the map....I had to pan out a couple to get my bearings. I didn't spend much time, at all, up around Chatsworth when I lived in So. Calif. I lived in Arcadia, Rowland Hts., Glendora, Los Angeles, Buena Park, and Palm Desert (near Palm Springs).
