Now that is really interesting.

It's not a mystery, it's an appendix. Meaning it is part of the previous trial record. As in, the part that is being appealed. Schindlers won the appeal. Webber then had the opportunity to proceed but declined to do so, for whatever reason.

It wasn't the money that chased him off. The court also ruled that the five doctors would be paid from Terri's trust fund.
