Did she ever file an affidavit with the court stating this? I am sure if she did they would have just ignored it as they have done with everything else.

I don't know. I doubt it. I can't think why they would have even had her do that. I believe they thought they were going to pull this off covertly and it just hasn't quite worked out that way.
