I haven't had time to read all of the excerpt. but didn't the legislature appoint Terri an attorney to act on her behalf when they gave the governor the right to order the tube reinserted.

I was told by an attorney that in Ohio law that if you move in with a person of the opposite sex and as much as buy a toaster together that you are considered married by common law. And if you move in with a girlfriend and you are already married you can be charged with bigomy. This was many years ago that I heard this and I don't know how true it is now.

They included an authorization, but Judge Greer is dragging his feet, hoping she will die, IMO.
