MS may be a demon and Terri's parents may truly love her, but MS is Terri's husband. How do you terminate his spousal rights and put her back under the authority of her parents?

By proveing in a court of law that her " rights " have been violated by the husband. Only problem is......the COURTS have THROWN OUT the truth to accept a lie......they haven't even CONSIDERED the truth.!!

What rights have been violated? The constitution says that one cannot be denied life, liberty or property without due process of law. Terri Schiavo's interests were considered in a court of law. She got due process. What right is being denied? Her right to life you say. Fine, but how do we know that MS is not carrying out her true wishes. You nor I know what her wishes might be. In the absence of anything else, it seems to me that you have to give the word of the spouse a great deal of weight.
