I would imagine that in most occasions when the police arrest a lawbreaker, it's somewhat "terrorizing" for the lawbreaker.

Hey Nancy Girl, the arrests were long overdue. What they showed is Walmart knew about it and undercut union supermarkets by hiring off the book illegal alien labor. This is precisely why workers are on strike in California - they may not agree with their union bosses embrace of the illegal immigrant lobby but they know unfair competition when they see it. And here is liberal Nancy Pelosi sanctioning unsafe working conditions, third world wages, and a slave work force run by an anti-union employer.
