U.S. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said on Friday police raids on dozens of U.S. Wal-Mart stores in the search for illegal immigrants this week amounted to "terrorizing" workers.I would imagine that in most occasions when the police arrest a lawbreaker, it's somewhat "terrorizing" for the lawbreaker.
