Did anyone catch Catherine Crier's show on courtTV? Oh MY Gosh! First Catherine expressed her bias that she would not want to live that way. Okay fine. Then Jeffrey Fieger ranted about want Jeb did and claimed Terri is PVS. Expected that too.

Then she had Terri's brother and Dr. Hammishfar(forgive spelling). She was soooooo cruel to Terri's brother. She asked if he had a living will and what was in it (trying to pin him down thathe wouldn't want to live that way). He replied that if he had family that loved him and wanted to get him therapy he would hope they would.

I have NEVER seen Catherine act so angry. She argued that there is no brain matter, got totally "out there angry" if Terri's brother said Terri responds, wanted the doctor to go on record about what Terri would be like if she got rehab (even asked if she would walk or talk) as if to say it wouldn't be worth the effort.

The questions wouldn't have been so bad had Catherine not had such an angry, hateful tone. At the end she tried to calm herself down and say she empathized, but it was too little too late. To disagree is one thing, but I didn't expect such anger from her towards Terri's poor brother. It was cruel.

My sister called to see if I watched it. She hasn't followed this case much, but watches courtTv a lot. She was blown away by how Crier freaked.

I tried to go to courtTV online, and the Town Crier message board is swamped and I can't get on.

I have to say I am grateful I did not see that show. I watch Court TV often, and usually just leave her show on. I am very glad I didn't see that.

As for polls, let us be grateful we live in a democratic REPUBLIC, and not a democracy (mob rule). If we are in the minority, then our system worked when the FL legislature and Gov Bush acted to prevent Terri's death.

I'm really really disappointed that Crier acted that way, but can only attribute it to her being a judge. But I'm sorry to hear her take on this matter in spite of that.
