"By now, this girlfriend must know what's in store for her!" This girl is either 1) dumb as a post, 2) as deranged as he is or 3) scared of him.

"The other child on the way was born I believe a little over a few days ago." And I'll bet hubby dearest was planning a double celebration, the birth of his child and the death of his wife. Too bad that didn't work out for you mikey.

"I can't believe they said "please allow her some dignity" when they already discussed her smelling." The whole thing was wrought with irony and contradictions.

Yeah! It's okay for them to talk about her "private parts" on nationwide TV, but if CNN wants to take pictures of her fully dressed, why heaven forbid. If she's as veggie as Michael says, then the camera would put that issue to rest in the public's eye. But if this "veggie" should say something on camera, then....

"He became a nurse he says to take care of Terri but other things got in the way...." Yeah, like his sex life!

"MICHAEL, LOVING "HUBBY", DOES NOT WEAR A WEDDING RING!" Gee, you reckon it could be that he had that one melted down too, along with Terri's wedding rings to make a super impressive ring for himself? Or maybe he had that one melted down to make one for his girlfriend....that he isn't planning to marry.

A lot of the characters involved in this corruption, particularly the judges, are
registered republicans.
It is quite common for judges to register as republicans in states like NY (rural/suburbs) and FL, because old folks and others who normally vote dem, prefer the judgement of Republicans in the court systems.
Greer is an enigma, but so is the 2nd circuit court of appeals: All registered republicans but all behaving like dems a good part of the time. I would love to do a 'due dilligence' on each one of them. Any PI's out there?

I understand that his girlfriend's mother has been involved in this too, including going into Terri's room at the hospice. Don't people have any shame anymore?
I'm hoping my children never love money to that extent and if they did, I would certainly not condone it nor be a party to it.
I'm ashamed for them.

yep, oh but according to sherrif rice he deserves a medal for sticking this out.

I'm thinking that Crier was an elected judge of some kind in maybe Dallas Co.

Well, it may be that this continuing Age of Clinton has merely abolished the word "shame" from the common vocabulary.
Jodi's mother may think that she is performing a public "service" by working diligently to remove a "useless vegetable" from the taxpayer-funded Medicaid rolls? You know a liberal is serious when he starts complaining about excessive costs of programs like Medicaid in cases such as Terri.

I did not know that most of these judges in FL are "registered" "Republicans." I put quotation marks around both words for emphasis. This may explain Attorney General Crist's reluctance to get involved and also the slowness of Governor Bush in getting "Terri's Law" passed. Now we see people like Janet Reno and Eleanor Clift coming to the assistance of "Republican" judges. It is strange.
Pinellas Co., I found out, was Republican even in 1950, when it sent an all-GOP delegation to the legislature in Tallahassee. It sent FL's first Republican to Congress in 1954, the late William C. "Bill" Cramer, who died just a few days ago at the age of 81.

Question still not clearly answered: Did Michael R. Schiavo remove a feeding tube from both of his parents to hasten their deaths too? He seemed to indicate that he had done that in that "softball" interview with Larry King. He declared to the world that removing a feeding tube was a "painless" way to die and said that he he had "faced that" with his parents. This needs to be clarified. Schiavo may have a bias for death of "loved ones." I would be fearful of hiring him as an emergency room nurse. I wonder if there is a higher mortality rate among emergency room patients at that Morton Plant Hospital when Schiavo has been on duty and "treated" patients?
To: Theodore R.
Where is Judge Demers? Why hasn't he named the "guardian ad litem," or has he done so? This is the fifth day if one does not count weekends, and it is time to make the selection. Of course, if the choice is this Dr. Wolfson I wonder how that will materialize.
Where is George W. Greer? Is he still holding "court" there in Pinellas Co.? Or has he taken a sudden vacation of leave of absence?
Does anyone know if George W. Greer watched the Schiavo inteview on Larry King? I bet he was on pins and needles, for the world could see just who George W. Greer listens to in reaching his "decisions."
