I'm working on it now, but I'm doing it in a hurry and having to work on the formatting and I have to leave to go back to work in 3 hours. It's just that I wanted to get links to a lot of the the past threads on the initial one. My eyes are crossing! Hopefully it won't be too much longer. I will ping the list as soon as it's up and everyone else who has one can do so as well.
Almighty God, we see that money and prestige can buy many things ... we also know, Father, that You use the weakest and the least to bring to foolishness those who would be wise. We remember Gideon ... mightily used by You with so very little. We remember David ... mightily used by You with so very little. May it be so with dear Terri, Lord ... use a legal team of ordinary folk, use volunteers of ordinary means, use time and talents of those ordinary citizens whose only aim is to free this defenseless woman from the pit of hell and return her to the love of one ordinary family.
Protect her where she is, O God, for there are those who would seek to end her life, no matter the cost. Be for her the Heavenly Guardian .. remove from her presence the earthly guardian, for he is intent on taking her life. Raise up another who will act on her behalf .. let not the sham of judicial rule continue to stain the legal life of Florida. Father, again and again, as in Your word ... relief has been sought before the judge, but he would not render justice. Again and again, Terri's legal team has sought relief, to no avail. Be for them that Righteous Judge of the Bible, that the continuing plea for relief finally is met with justice. May it be so, Father .. for their cause is just.
Continue to confuse and confound the enemy .. may they appear to the public as ones who have interests other than that of this dear child ... may their words tumble forth in confusion ... may their very words convict them. If we were all to remain silent, Father, still let them be found guilty, for their words are testimony against them.
Lord, be for Terri the greatest song in her heart this night; be the refreshing air and sunlight and gentle breezes that she does not feel; may her memories of mom and dad and sister and brother bring a smile ... cause those who look upon her to know that she is extraordinarly precious to someone, somewhere ... as we all are. May she delight in the angelic host who encamp around her, for such is Your love.
We long for the day this dear one will be released from the evil that men do ... may our hearts be as Yours, dear Lord, that we might see her as You see all of us ... made in the image of God. To You be glory and honor and power, forever and ever, Amen ...
Might this be considered obtaining money under false pretenses? Could somebody research case law and see if there are any precedents for litigation awards that were diverted for another purpose after settlement and what the disposition was? There has to be something out there similar to this. It smacks of fraud to me.
Even you have to know that 10 years without therapy, no TV allowed (per Michael), no MOVEMENT from her room to the outdoors or even the lobby of the nursing home then the hospice (per michael), basic grooming denial and withholding of antibiotics (per michael), DESERVES AN INVESTIGATION EVEN IF THE PERSON WERE ON A BREATHING APPARATUS AND COMPLETELY PARALYZED.
TERRI has been paralyzed by her LIMBS degrading and her tissue sheering down, fingers and toes curling, BECAUSE Michael KEEPS her thusly. His great lack of compassion and love has had terri dying a death for 10 years.....a death of of hellish proprotions. And this man PUNISHES the people he loves her by not allowing them to visit her ANYTIME they want to...he sometimes tells them they cannot SEE her at ALL...
So they live in a TRAILER outside the hospice so that whan Michael finally gives them some oh so precious TIME with their daughter, they can make the most of it...every single second!
So Hildy....since michael has changed his mind from wanting her to have therapy, from wanting her to live out her life to wanting to kill her because he remembered years later that that was her wish....do you not think it WISE to investigate what the courts have ignored?
I agree with Glen .. We do not starve starve handicapped people to death
Yes, and he may have an inheritance from his parents' deaths. Even if he were to divorce Terry, a court would look at that and possibly order him to pay for her maintenance. My opinion is that is the real reason he wants out and sees her death as the only way out.
Glenn: Do we, as americans, starve handicapped people to death?
Steve Schaivo: Yes, if the court calls for it.
[you]-"Chilling......."
I'll say.
This snipet with the date of the transcript of this radio show should be sent to AARP and the Florida Assc of Disabled ASAP!
Judicial execution!
Big audit needed here!
