#20 is only 4.8 seconds off the lead, and gaining. Wow.
To: thecanuck
His car was damaged. I don't know where he's running now.

Harvick bent up his front left fender, making it damn near impossible to get any front left downforce, causing a severely tight condition.

Can anyone please tell me where Bill Elliott is?

Thanks. I don't like to wish misfortune on anyone but I would rather see Jr. (and maybe some others) jump in front of Harvick for the runners-up spots in the Championship. Still want Matt to finish #1 though. Yappy Harvick still doesn't seem to appreciate his situation. What is it with that rookie class of him and Kurt Busch?
thanks again

I hear ya on the points and the "new generation" drivers. LOL
Harvick is just getting lapped by Bobby and Flash
Flash is pressing Bobby for lead.
To: NormsRevenge; thecanuck
It's the instant success these rookies have. Without a bunch of losses before their first win, they don't have time to develop humility.
Flash had Bobby at the line, but couldn't make it stick.

I hear you but I look at Jr., Kennseth who came before them and Newman and Johnson who came after them but those two seem to stand out as too "new school" for my taste.
Thanks for all the updates
To: NormsRevenge
It looks like Matt saved some for the end. He's sneaking up. : )

instant success... ouch!
most of these guys have been racing something since they were knee high to a grasshopper. They should ask DJ or Bill or Ricky about humility. ;-)

"It's the instant success these rookies have. Without a bunch of losses before their first win, they don't have time to develop humility." Used to be, rookies didn't step right into a competitive car and team.
Remember this though, the old man (#3) wasn't very well liked as a rookie by the old timers.
