Clinton was held in contempt by Judge Susan Webber Wright for having lied in her court and fined $90,686.
Clinton paid the fine.
He did not challenge the ruling.
The Arkansas court's Committee on Professional Conduct exercised the power to revoke Clinton's license as an Arkansas lawyer (hurrah!) and to impose other sanctions.

Someone who makes TRUE statments about another can also be found guilty of slander. I remember that as a decision handed down 25-30 years ago by the SCOTUS (or the Calif Supreme Court?) when some guy who said something unflattering, but proveably true about another person was found guilty of slander and the court upheld the decision.

I was just getting a grip on this interesting personality -- half Dr. Death, half Governor Moonbeam. Everything that I say about the former occupant of the White House, who held the title of President of the United States, is true, or reported by the press as a reasonably true public controversy.

We live in the United States.

A person can sue his neighbor because the neighbors dog only poops green poop, not black like normal dogs. (you can sue anybody for anything in this great land).

In other words, if you say what you believe to be the truth, - somebody may sue you, but they will have to pay your attorney's fees after they lose. They will also likely suffer a civil lawsuit in their vein attempt to conceal the truth.

Here is my question. Why are there two very public freepers who are trying to stifle our free speach? They shall reamin nameless, but we know who they are. Now I am sure they would sue me for slander for trying to explore the question of why are they so frightened by the free speech process ,and furhter the ability of conservatives to now organize our agenda ?

Why do people who pose as conservatives create obstacles for other conservatives ,who are fighting for a conservative belief?

It makes me wonder why a freeper would try and scare other freepers from exploring theroies, and gathering data on a topic that is most ceratinly newsworthy, political, and indeed front page news.

Anyone left around here who isn't afraid to share their thoughts on this with me?
