The United States needs to communicate its messages more effectively and a new agency would help fight a "war of ideas" against international terrorism, Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld said yesterday in an interview with The Washington Times.

Commenting on a memorandum sent to top Pentagon officials, Mr. Rumsfeld also said the Defense Department and U.S. government could be reorganized to deal more effectively with 20th-century threats.

Again, the word goes out,it'going to be a LONG ROUGH haul.
GW told us as much on several occasions, only fools believe
that it can all be over quickly, although the natural inclination IS to believe those whose agenda uses the conflict to further their own interests because they knowingly prey on that disinclination to face a harsh reality.

War has been declared on us and no wishful thinking
can make that go away. The world too has it's head in the sand, thinking that the American nation is a nation of weakness and that there is no winning against this kind of warfare. Another major terror attack,( and there WILL be another one, and it WILL be as deadly if not more so ) and the wrath of an outraged nation will shock the world.

•The administration made enormous preparations for dealing with post-conflict Iraq.
"There was a great deal of planning, and it was good planning,"

Yep. Some people forget we're waring with Islomofacism, and Saddam/Iraq was just a home base.
Right now, most of our military victims are victims of Islamofacists from around the world that have come to Iraq to war with us. They'll continue to come until we wipe out most of them and their funders. That's why this is due to be a long war.
The useful idiots on the left seem to think we're battling the Iraqi army alone. They have no idea what's going on in the real world.
Picking out Islamofacists from an Arab crowd isn't just a piece of cake. They're homicidal maniacs running around with the massess, and they look just like everyone else.

Will the first Democrat who has ever done anything to stop the terrorism over the last 13 years, please stand up? Hello? Is there anyone out there?

I'm absolutely amazed that Al Qaeda has not hit our homeland again. And it's a direct result of the aggressive, very effective war being waged by the Bush Administration. God bless them!

Yep. We're being forced to be cowards due to political correctness - a theology that has destroyed nations.
If we're ever attacked again, the military has my permission as an American citizen to show no mercy.

It is my understanding that Rumsfeld wanted an overwhelming response, i.e. nuclear, in retaliation for September 11th.

I just hope that we have a target nation to blame (Saudi Arabia) after the next attack so that I can watch ICBM's fly out of the ground and turn that country into a flat-black-glowing piece of uninhabitable land.

My guess is that's a fine target - for starters. It's much bigger, though.
Indonesia is trying to pass a nation wide law to teach only Islamofacism in schools - even Christian private schools will have to start doing it. Christianity is getting huge there, and the Muslim population wants to stop it. To them, it's the enemy. If you're not a Muslim, you don't have the right to live.
The Islamofacists are so much like the Hitler Regime, it's frightening.

I also heard the EU is overwhelmingly anti-semetic now, and being led by France.

The capture of Saddam Hussein remains an important target in stabilizing Iraq. "It is important. He's such a vicious dictator and individual. Just the thought that he might be around or be able to punish people who cooperate with the coalition is an unhelpful thing," he said, noting that he believes Saddam will be found eventually.

Let's triple the strike force looking for Saddam and do it now.

I'm sure we have more than ample forces on call to catch the slimy worm. What we need is better intelligence. If he's still in Iraq, we'll eventually get him.

joyfull, don't leave God out of this. I believe He is ready to do something wonderful for our country and for the world. He's not about to let us go under UNLESS it's His timing. Before then, I believe, as many other intercessors in America, that God will arise and the enemies WILL be scattered. We may not know what the future holds for us, but we do know WHO holds the future. Allow his peace to flood your soul. Love, Maryxxx

Yep. He will pour out his spirit upon the world. Only evil will not feel it, and the evil will kill off the evil.
The American Indians refer to it as the great cleansing.

He's already started but it's not as apparent as it will be. It's an exciting time to be alive, isn't it?

Prophacy is unfolding right before our very eyes.

Revelation - "Blessed are those who read aloud or hear the words of this prophacy, and observe the things written in it, for the appointed time is near.
Comfort one another with these words."

Yes, it really is unfolding before our very eyes. It's exciting and sometimes a little frightening but, I know God IS in control and He's going to have His way no matter what mere and moral man has to say about it. We're only participants in a greater plan. Praise God for His loving kindness toward each of us, even when we don't deserve it.
