Did anyone else just see Frontline on PBS. The Taking of Logan Marr? I haven't screamed at the television in a long time but that did it. To make a long story short. Maine stole Logan from her mother because a neighbor saw her drop off Logan at her mothers house who they deemed a bad influence. After many months she got Logan back if she agreed to sever ties with her mother. Then she found her father in Florida. Maine again found out and sent a case worker to steal Logan and her new sister.

These people are demonic and this practice has to be last refuge of Nazi rule in our society. We have more review for murders caught on video than for the government to steal our children. All it takes a rumor and they can get a warrant to remove the children.

Anyway after a few backroom deals the original case worker who thought she was god became the new foster parent for Logan and her sister. CONFLICT OF FREAKING INTEREST?? Next her and the new coworker are exchanging e-mails on how to sever the mother's parental rights to she can legally adopt the children. By the way this caseworker said in her interviews for adoption when asked how she'd handle a bad behaving child replied her child wouldn't behave badly.

Long story short she duct tapes Logan (5) to a high chair and leaves her in the basement where she suffocates. Then later tries to blame Logan for dying because she was behaving badly around her. Apparently though Logan was a doll for her mother in her visits.

Logan also told her Mom that her foster mom was hurting her but the new case worker stopped the mom from pursing it by threatening to cut off all future visits.

I won't post what I would do in this situation. But by God every American in this country would know about it.

Well, yeah. There certainly would be no second "visit", obviously. And that's the problem - - it seems too obvious. Whenever I read something like this, I get a nagging feeling that there's something left out.

Like, why would the mother let somebody come along and take her child? Apparently more than once. Do you know any mother who would let somebody come along and take her child away? Even a mother who doesn't have all manner of high-power handguns and deer rifles and shotguns like we do? I don't know any.

The mother didn't "let" them take her children. This is happening all over the US and UK. It is now routine for child services to kidnap children because of false reports and to then work to have the children adopted in order for the agency to get more federal money. Many of these (healthy) children are also drugged with cocaine derivatives such as ritalin (and the parents are helpless against it). There are so many children in this abusive system that many end up missing or even dead.

Yes,I did happen to see the show about Logan Marr. I feel that what happened to that little girl was heart breaking. It is more than plain to see, she was absolutely rivited on getting back to her Mother. Even if her Mother was not perfect, it was clear that she wanted to be with her children. I feel the Mother should have been evaluated, then given the proper help she needed. With periodic reassesment and guidence, I feel this could have been avoided. I go back to one of my favorite sayings, WHO WATCHES THE WATCHERS....I also feel like more charges of neglect should befall these all powerful "case workers" that DO NOT uphold their job description. To serve and protect the little ones. Remove their cloak and dagger and see what skeletons lie in their dusty file cabinets. IN ALL FAIRNESS, I know not all case workers are this way, but that is another story. Wonder how they will feel when they realize, they cannot keep Logan's spirit from her

I just happened upon this site and was interested in the similarity of the circumstances under which children have been "legally kidnapped" by "the system". I didn't realize it was so widespread, but my grandson was recently kidnapped based upon false accusations and underwent emergency brain surgery as a result of being beaten by a foster mother who had already had five other children removed from her home. He died twice in transit by Flight for Life to Children's Hospital in Denver, Colorado on February 2, 2004. He managed to survive, but Social Services has played way too many games and told too many lies. It's very difficult to make them take responsibility.

i used to date logans gradmother when i was 15 years old. i know that times change people but after knowing her, her mother, father, and brother i cannot imagine any kind of abuse or neglect from he daughter. at this point i think that children would be better off with jeffery dahmer than maines dcf!!!!!
