Excellent point. A tap on the office of a co-conspirator is quite logical. But a tap on a person's LAWYER's office? You have to present reasonable evidence that the lawyer was personally involved in a current crime, to breach attorney-client privilege.

Yep, this one is a biggy. And this aspect proves it.

I'm an outsider, but have been following this thanks to FR. Very, very interesting to watch this unfold. It must be nasty, since I've yet to hear such characters as Je$$e Jack$on call a press conference and rise to the mayor's defense with the usual cries of "It's racism, it's just racism." Maybe I've been asleep, but I don't remember hearing much about this from the alphabet press either. Hmmmmmmmm......
