The NY Times editorial board supported Hitler, Mao, Stalin and Pol Pot, also.

The NY Times is all for killing innocents like Terri and untold millions of unborn babies but is against killing violent criminals that are a danger to our society. Such hypocrisy. The liberals never cease to amaze me.

another set of doctors insists she is NOT in a vegetative state,

"Terry's Bill" allows the governor to act if a patient is in a vegetative state.

The governor must think that Terry is a vegetative state, otherwise he cannot invoke "Terry's Bill" to intervene.

Therefore, it seems that 20 judges, including the Florida Supreme Court and the US Supreme Court, plus the governor have accepted that Terry is in vegetative state.

Well, that's understandable. After all, her husband -- who has the huge settlement predicated on extensive treatment for her but who then refuses to allow her to receive such treatment, and who is shacking up with some other bimbo -- remembered that she once said she would not want to be kept alive by artificial means even though she never expressed this desire to anyone else. Yeah, we should take his word that she really would prefer to die and disregard what someone charged with protecting her interests determines.

who did not have a living will

There you go. If her wishes had been in writing and properly executed; i.e., that she did not wish to be fed should she be unable to feed herself, then Michael Schiavo would have a better case. However, HE'S A LIAR, CREEP, MURDERER AND EVIL MONSTER!!
