The audio feed is currently active, but silent. It was just recently announced that the Senate will re-convene at 11 AM Central Standard Time.

SB214 is scheduled to be the second bill up for debate, barring any procedural mischief.

You could copy the gun related names on the Wisconsin List but that doesn't mean they're activists.

Did you ever get that audio feed to work? I'm still having a problem.

Works just fine here.

Try this: Start up Windows Media Player, click "File...", "Open URL...", and paste the following link into the box...

Thanks but it doesn't work. It may have something to do with the connection speed.

What time are they going to vote on it? Afternoon?

Thanks, Ed Thompson for giving us Bingo Doyle.

He'll veto it and the legislature won't be able to override it.

It's supposed to be the second one up, after what appears to be a non-controversial bill. But then, they were supposed to come back into session at 11AM, and noon soon approaches.

We already have a "Personal Protection Act". It's called the 2nd Ammendment!

"There are two things you don’t want to see being made—sausage and legislation." - Otto von Bismark

On the one hand, I'm curious as hell why it's taking so long for the Senate to come back into session. On the other, if I knew what kind of back-room deal making was going on during this silence, it'd probably just piss me off.

They'll probably come back at one o'clock. It's no big deal. I when through this for the Minnesota and Michigan votes.

It's a lot of fun when you know you're going to win. The libs try scare tactics, threatening and crying. It's funny as hell. I'm sorry I'm going to miss it. I still hope the connection will work.

It's a lot of fun when you know you're going to win.

I don't know we're going to win. Take, for instance, last year's efforts to pass concealed carry legislation.

I've learned my lesson. I fully expect Wisconsin Democrats to pull some underhanded backstabbing procedural trickery in order to keep this from even being debated today.

SENATE DEBATE GRINDS TO HALT ON PERSONAL PROTECTION ACT

The anti-gun extremists led by Senators Chvala and Moore are attempting to stop a vote on the Right to Carry. You need to contact your state Senator and voice your support for Senate Bill 214.

The Senate has not come into session to take action on the Personal Protection Act so far today. Anti-gun lobbyists are working behind the scenes to weaken the bill and even prevent from coming to a vote.

If the Tuesday’s meeting on the bill in the Joint Committee on Finance is any indication, Senator Moore will attempt to pass amendments to the bill that will weaken the bill. Some of the amendments introduced by Senator Moore would attempt to ban guns outright.

Find out who your legislators are and let them know they must act on the Personal Protection Act today.

Here is the link for find out who your Legislators are.

There was the inkling we were going to win in Minnesota. That's why it was so much fun.

According to your posts, this will be much harder.
