We must stop this unilateralism NOW!
Enough or this "Go-it-alone" junk.

Correct me if I'm wrong.......................
But doesn't every "country" on this list receive some form of "foreign welfare" from the US?
If so, isn't it still our money?
Just wondering

You're probably right about the economics, but the important thing from my perspective is know which nations have the political will to support our effort to liberate Iraq so that I can make my vacation plans accordingly.

They missed Australia (1000 troops).
And for the record Australia doesn't received a single cent from ANYBODY! Hell, Australia is one of the few countries the US runs a trade surplus with.

Throw Kuwait onto the financial side.

Canada - Zero, nada, zip.
Thank you Mr. Chretien, for your tremendous contribution. Your support is appreciated and will not be forgotten.

I very much doubt that the UK receives any "foreign welfare" from us -- that wouldn't be like them. And I doubt that Japan or the rest of Europe does either. Thouse are the sources of the larger donations.

Canada - Zero, nada, zip. Thank you Mr. ChretienYeah, good point. Our friends on our northern and southern borders are joining ranks with countries like Lybia and Cuba and providing no help to us.

Thouse = Those

Estonia - 55 soldiers, including mine divers and cargo handlers. I imagine we could get at least that many FReepers to go. Wouldn't that make an interesting addition to the list: 75 or so volunteers from the Free Republic of...Free Republic.

Ukraine - 1,640 soldiers from a mechanized unit. As much as I hate Kuchma, that's a nice jab at Putin's eye.

Don't think we (i.e Sweden) are getting any "foreign welfare" from you.

Good. We're gonna need somebody who can translate the tech manuals for the BTR90s and the T84Us for us....
I don't suppose you can fly a KA-52....

Our friends to the South - Mexico are absent as well. I guess all the immigrants they send us is enough help.
