And just who pray tell defines this moment of "approaching" death? Is it the husband who awaits his monetary due? Is it the kids who stand to inherit the accounts? Is it perchance the doctor/hospice who get to decide where the organs are going?
I sense a blind faith in the opinions of doctors on the part of some. You know (I am sure) that medical experts will testify for both sides in a jury trial. Just as in this case - there are doctors on both sides - it is the judge who leaned toward the side of ending Terri's life. How convenient that he had personal dealings with Felos etc.
