Terri's brother, Bobby, just reported that Terri is MISSING!! He has been waiting all day to see her, he got the green light, and she's gone...

News 9 reporter said she's gone back to hospice, but the family does not know where she is and has NO CONFIRMATION.

I see some people with brilliant ideas on how to save Terri, I assume you are letting the proper authorities in on it....i.e. Bush, Ashcroft etc.

Yes, our faith is being tested, but the Lord has answered our prayers, and will continue to I believe. I'm tired also, have hardly slept,and am still fasting, but I stil have every confidence that He can overcome the son-in-law from hell and his cohorts. If I were them, I'd be very afraid..We at least know the Lord is in charge, they have to have their faith in a crooked judge.

Yes, I think so, but there are areas that can be expolored and must be if not for the corrupt court. I heard that Judge Greer was hammered by FReepers and the rest of the general public outraged at his antics in the court room, and rightfully so. This is why Demers has the case before him now. But, from what I can tell, Demers is no better. He should be taking a fresh look at ALL the affidavits, evidence, complaints, etc. and ruled on it. It is still an open issue. People say that the legislature has no right to rule over the courts, but the courts are not supposed to make policy from the bench, they are ONLY there to follow the law. The apellate and supreme courts for the State of Florida were legally negligent in NOT hearing these cases. Felos argument is very weak in saying that the Terri's law in unconsitiutional. What is constitutional about a husband with conflicting interests to decide if his wife lives or dies? The 8 year belated recall of the husband and the 12 year belated recall of the sister and brother of Schiavo is even worse. For a judge to accept it as is makes me sick. Her medical records were doctored and "cleaned out". According to Schiavo and his attorney, everyone on the Schindler camp is a liar but NO ONE on their side has done anything wrong. If Greer had any guts or morals, he could have stopped a lot of what was happening, simply by following the rule of law. A fresh look needs to be made and for once, the Schindler side needs to be presented. The names Michael Schiavo and George Felos will be names that are cursed. Sure Felos has his following of death cult activists, but he is cursed because of trying to play God. Who the hell does he think he is. I read his book. It's stupid. God talked to him on a plane? I don't mock anyone who says they had the Lord talk to them, but this man advocates killing people. There may even be profit involved for him. Regardless of what happens to Terri Schiavo, you can bet that the investigations of Schiavo and his attorney will not be able to be stopped. Felos may know a lot of people, but at the same time HE DOESN'T KNOW THAT MANY PEOPLE! FReep away eveyone!

Now why would we flame you for that? :) I'm pretty sure many of us have been sending info to them though. Last I heard, the President (assuming that's the Bush you were refering to) was in Australia yesterday or the day before maybe? It would be absolutely wonderful for him to say *something* about this assuming he hears all the details involved. I am somewhat afraid he would end up with the media version though and say something that would make me not want to vote for him in the next election though.

Great signs to take would be

quotes from nurse affidavits with web url where they're located

Michael's own statements that he would care for Terri and get her rehab

Felos quotes about bringing planes down with his mental powers

Terri on Medicaid Michael lives in 240,00 home

ALSO if someone could put up some 8x11 or banner signs on their website with these sayings that we could print and put in our rear car windows

Honeygirl, do you know if Gov. Bush is still working on this? I haven't heard a peep, but then, I trust him and know if he could do something, he would.

Also, I had an idea, although it is probably reaching. What if all of us donated to the legal defense fund and maybe they could hire a more aggressive attorney.

Visit the Pinellas County Clerk of Courts web site and you'll find that Judge Greer's Chambers is in downtown Clearwater. There are different courthouses in Pinellas - you could be freeping at the wrong place. Freeping the downtown Clearwater courthouse would be great. I'm still keeping an eye near Hospice and fielding phone calls from concerned citizens.

There's a hearing this Monday to try to start Terri's DEATH PROCESS again. Well, that's what Attorney Felos calls MURDER. Good luck, freep on.

Is Demers also a Chiles appointee? I bet he must be in that no one has much hope that he will be fair to Terri.

Meanwhile, Schiavo's doctor has resigned from the case after five years. He was strongly in favor of killing her. Terri has no "primary care physician" now.

Can this be heard in the Heartland where they don't just kill people like this? What Circuit Court can we trust in the State of Florida? IMO, they're all members of the Florida and except for a few good judges, FLORIDA'S JUDICIARY IS NOT ONLY ACTIVIST BUT ALSO CORRUPT.

Florida has a lot of small airports and is surrounded by water. Just remember that "loose lips sink ships."

Very good point, tutstar. I hail from NYC where there is not much golfing going on, so we call them stallmates. They hear the real dealmaking information, arrive at decisions, in the mens room.
