Terri's brother, Bobby, just reported that Terri is MISSING!! He has been waiting all day to see her, he got the green light, and she's gone...

News 9 reporter said she's gone back to hospice, but the family does not know where she is and has NO CONFIRMATION.

I'm wondering if these nurses are still in the area and how involved they would be if they were contacted. The one nurse, Carla Iyer, was very outspoken.

I seem to recall when I worked in a pharmacy in Alabama that an Rx wasn't required for someone to buy insulin or needles. And it's not hard to use a fine needle to inject something like that into an area where an injection site would be difficult or impossible to find. It's not something that would be impossible for him to do.

CNN's first story at 1:00 was about Terri and her condition. (Not much is known and her family is very worried)

Susan Candiotti is the CNN reporter at the hospice. Terri's dad and brother were on. Susan seemed very sympathetic towards the family and Terri's condition.

I think she would be a good reporter to email. I can't find an email for her. Does anyone have it? I can only find the regular CNN email.

I would be willing to bet that the family has spoken to the D.A. regarding this and other matters. I know that he said that with opening up a case regarding the broken bones that the statute of limitations had passed.

Maybe will should all call him and ask if she dies, since there is no statute of limitations on murder, if he would then look at the cat scans and other evidence on what happened that night 13 years ago. And if indeed PMS has life insurance on her for the full 13 years?

We should actually demand that they investigate for murder if she does die. And that he would be brought to trial for murder if there is the evidence to substantiate that and from seeing the things I have seen so far I believe that there would be enough evidence.

Where is the police report she filed before getting fired? She has credibility if she did, but the insulin a subjective way of trying to figure out what was happening. I was employed at Palm Garden of Largo Convalescent Center in Largo, Florida from April 1995 to July 1996, while Terri Schiavo was a patient there.

She was employed there many years ago. Her statement on file was dated August 2003. I will give her the benefit of the doubt and say she has come forward due to the case being in the news and/or the family/attorney requested her to make a statement. If she had come forward with this as an allegation to the state licensing authories during her time of employment or shortly there after, there would have been an investigation. And, the local labor board would have come forward on her behalf for a wrongful termination suit just for good measure.

Heavenly Father, You see the work our hands are doing on behalf of Terri ~ our hearts are in prayer for her because we know the situation is critical. You alone know the outcome, but we pray that You will vindicate this mother's child ~ you will vindicate the love the parents have for their daughter ~ you will vindicate the work done for her legally. We've worked with tools of modest means, Father ~ but you own the cattle on a thousand hills, and You are our Father, we are Your children, we have wealth untold through the riches in Christ.

May You work in the hearts of those who seemingly hold Terri in such a precarious state ~ may they be thwarted at every move. you must be a nurse. :) You are correct, just stating the facts with regard to the BS testing to the state licensing would have red flagged this in a heart beat. And, she would have documented this information somewhere. But, I have to ask...if the administrator is reviewing the patient's notes...why was not the administrator checking into this. The administrator is ultimately responsible.

I think we need to be prepared for Terri Schiavo to become another victim in the culture of death. I find it highly probable that she will not survive this, despite the best efforts of the state of Florida at the 11th hour.

Don't get me wrong though. She should still have filed her own report with the state about this happening . This federal agency that is investigating now, is probably going to be speaking with a lot of the caretakers having contact with Terri.
