you must be a nurse. :) You are correct, just stating the facts with regard to the BS testing to the state licensing would have red flagged this in a heart beat. And, she would have documented this information somewhere. But, I have to ask...if the administrator is reviewing the patient's notes...why was not the administrator checking into this. The administrator is ultimately responsible.

Don't get me wrong though. She should still have filed her own report with the state about this happening . This federal agency that is investigating now, is probably going to be speaking with a lot of the caretakers having contact with Terri.
