"... George W. Greer ... Defeat in 2004 is too good for him. ..."

Good list, I appreciate seeing it stated so clearly. The very clear and detailed statement by Terri's father in response to the petulant screed of the frustrated, cheating husband, enhances the positive standing of the father and further diminishes all of the losers.

But I do have a question. Does Florida have a provision for recall of a judge? While I agree that 2004 is the best opportunity to dispose of this monster, sooner would be even better.

I have heard that FL has no recall for any officials, but I don't know for sure. Were it possible to recall George W. Greer, he would probably play the role as martyr and victim to the hilt.

Great! However, this morning on one of the big news cable networks (not FOX), they were still calling her a vegetable and BOTH spokesmouths (experts) were still criticizing the governor, etc. yada yada yada. Then someone stated that Terri's organs may have suffered damage. This nightmare just won't end.

"Does Florida have a provision for recall of a judge?"

FIRST OF ALL, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT GEORGE GREER IS NOT LEGALLY A JUDGE:

"Judge George Greer may not legally be a Judge in his current capacity "Also, Judge Greer did not qualify to be on the 1998 ballot because he did not "qualify" in the statutorily-prescribed 5 day period. Nor did he file his FS876.05 Oath to the Laws and Constitution according to its nonexistence [based on] the records of where it should have been filed." 239 posted on 10/19/2003 6:22 PM EDT by pc93 http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1004420/posts?q=1&&page=51

IT MAY BE POSSIBLE FOR THE GOVERNOR TO REMOVE HIM:

"...112.52 Removal of a public official when a method is not otherwise provided.--

(1) When a method for removal from office is not otherwise provided by the State Constitution or by law, the Governor may by executive order suspend from office an elected or appointed public official, by whatever title known, who is indicted or informed against for commission of any felony, or for any misdemeanor arising directly out of his or her official conduct or duties, and may fill the office by appointment for the period of suspension, not to extend beyond the term.

(2) During the period of the suspension, the public official shall not perform any official act, duty, or function or receive any pay, allowance, emolument, or privilege of office.

(3) If convicted, the public official may be removed from office by executive order of the Governor. For the purpose of this section, any person who pleads guilty or nolo contendere or who is found guilty shall be deemed to have been convicted, notwithstanding the suspension of sentence or the withholding of adjudication.

(4) If the public official is acquitted or found not guilty, or the charges are otherwise dismissed, the Governor shall by executive order revoke the suspension; and the public official shall be entitled to full back pay and such other emoluments or allowances to which he or she would have been entitled had he or she not been suspended...."

"....Judge George Greer: Ruler of the Kangaroo Court set on killing Terri Schiavo. Impartial? Not in the least! Worked side by side as county commissioner with Barbara Sheen Todd (county commissioner) for eight YEARS. Barbara Sheen Todd is on the board of the hospice. Also, Judge Greer's fellow judge, Judge John Lenderman is the brother of Martha Lenderman (also on the hospice board! See the Hospice Board members! Greer accepted as the basis of his rulings, the questionable testimony of Michael Schiavo (and his family) that Terri would wish to be killed, yet Michael never stated that before he got about a Million Dollars to care for Terri forever. *** Greer also accepted as the basis of his rulings, the "opinion" of a third doctor who just happens to be the brother of a close associate of George Felos, right-to-kill attorney, and very significantly, former CHAIRMAN of the hospice board! Excerpt from #563 thread TERRI IS NOW BEING RE-HYDRATED http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1005495/posts :
Dr. William Hammesfahr, a world-renowned expert in cases such as Terri's — and a Nobel Prize nominee — testified that Terri is not in a PVS. He also testified that he believes he could help her improve her circumstances through proper medical treatment. Ten other physicians have testified or given statements that Terri is not unconscious. *****Judge Greer instead chose to believe contrary testimony by a doctor who rarely sees Terri and ****another doctor, who makes an avocation of testifying in cases such as Terri's throughout the country, always on the side of dehydration.

Seems odd to me that 10 doctors say she's not pvs and 2 say she is.

".... "This Spring, the [U.S.] Inspector General issued a "special fraud alert," warning that some hospices are suspected of paying kickbacks to nursing homes in order "to influence the referral of patients." ARE THE ABOVE POSSIBLE EVIDENCE OF 'PATIENT BROKERING', WHICH IS A CRIME IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, AND WHICH SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED, AND WHICH WOULD BE EVIDENCE OF A CONFLICT OF INTEREST IN THE GUARDIANSHIP OF MICHAEL SCHIAVO, UNDER THE DIRECTION OF ATTORNEY FELOS AND PROTECTION OF 'JUDGE' GREER?

ACCORDING TO THE US DEPT. OF HUMAN SERVICES, THEY ARE TRYING TO COLLECT $14.8 MILLION DOLLARS FROM FLORIDA $UNCOAST HOSPICE, OWED TO THEM SINCE 1997. TERRI IS IN HOSPICE, ALTHOUGH IT IS ILLEGAL FOR THE NON-TERMINAL TO BE IN HOSPICE, AND HER BILL IS BEING PAID FOR BY MEDICAID. IT HAS BEEN SAID THAT MICHAEL HAS NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS TO THE HOSPICE. ATTY. FELOS WAS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD AT HOSPICE UNTIL HE TOOK MICHAEL'S CASE, UPON WHICH HE RESIGNED, ABOUT THE SAME TIME THAT HE AND MICHAEL HAD TERRI DECLARED 'PVS'(??), HAVING GREER, WHO HAS HIS OWN TIES TO THE HOSPICE, AGREE. MEANWHILE MICHAEL DRIVES AN $80,000 CAR, AND PAYS FELOS AT LEAST $500,000 TO HAVE TERRI KILLED, OUT OF THE FUNDS TERRI RECEIVED FOR HER REHABILITATION, MICHAEL HAVING TESTIFIED IN COURT THAT THE MONEY WAS NEEDED FOR HIM TO REHABILITATE HER AND CARE FOR HER 'FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE'. MICHAEL PERJURED HIMSELF, AND COMMITTED FRAUD AGAINST THE INSURANCE COMPANY (WHICH FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE LAW IS CONSIDERED A 'PERSON', AND THIS IS A CRIME UNDER THE STATUTES OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA). UNFORTUNATELY, THE INSURANCE COMPANY IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS, HAVING BEEN SOLD 2 OR 3 TIMES. INTERESTINGLY, I THINK(!!)TERRI IS SAID TO HAVE WORKED FOR AN INSURANCE COMPANY(???) AT THE TIME OF HER COLLAPSE, AND MICHAEL'S MISTRESS HAS HER NAME ON AN INSURANCE(??? CENTZONE?) COMPANY THAT SEEMS TO BE DEFUNCT AS WELL. HMMMM....

MICHAEL IS COMMITTING A CRIME BY OPENLY COMMITTING ADULTERY, WHICH WOULD ALSO PLACE HIM IN CONFLICT OF INTEREST REGARDING TERRI'S BEST INTERESTS, AND HIS GUARDIANSHIP OF HER AND HER ASSETS. 'JUDGE' GREER PLACES HIMSELF IN CONFLICT OF INTEREST IN THIS CASE BY NOT TAKING THIS FLAGRANT VIOLATION OF THE LAW INTO CONSIDERATION IN GIVING CREDENCE TO MICHAEL'S STATEMENTS OVER AND ABOVE THE FACT THAT THERE IS A LACK OF WRITTEN STATEMENTS BY TERRI HERSELF ON HER WISHES REGARDING END-OF-LIFE ISSUES.

CHAPTER 798

ADULTERY; COHABITATION

798.01 Living in open adultery.

798.01 Living in open adultery.--Whoever lives in an open state of adultery shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083. Where either of the parties living in an open state of adultery is married, both parties so living shall be deemed to be guilty of the offense provided for in this section.

History.--s. 1, ch. 1986, 1874; RS 2595; GS 3518; RGS 5406; CGL 7549; s. 772, ch. 71-136.

798.02 Lewd and lascivious behavior.--If any man and woman, not being married to each other, lewdly and lasciviously associate and cohabit together, or if any man or woman, married or unmarried, engages in open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior, they shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.

History.--s. 6, ch. 1637, 1868; RS 2596; GS 3519; RGS 5407; CGL 7550; s. 773, ch. 71-136.

THE JUDGE McMILLAN STORY http://floridajail4judges.org/mcmillan.html
JAIL4JUDGES IS BEING ORGANIZED IN ALL 50 STATES!

tutstar, I needed a window, so this one had to go. I started these thoughts a few days ago, and I am not finished. I also posted more info along these lines on two threads yesterday, regarding the possible crimes being committed here. I'm posting it here now, although I was not finished with it, because I'm afraid my computer may crash, and this much would be lost. With so much information spread out all over the place, it would be hard to reconstruct, and wasting time I could better spend elsewhere.

Interesting, but I'm skeptical that any action would be taken. After all, who would make that decision....a court? In Florida? Not likely. Now if he was a conservative, that might be a different story.

Excellent, TR! Could you add to the 'loser list' the pro-death culture - and industries and individuals seeking to profit from the untimely death of their neighbors.

Terri's case woke up a few of those neighbors.

Pinging Terri's list to Theodore's terrific post.

Thanks for the ping, tutstar.

Thanks for the kind comment, Ragtime Cowgirl, but I was premature. I wrote that "Winners and Losers" vanity Wednesday while Terri was still in the hospital. I had no idea Schiavo would take her out Wednesday night. I thought that Bush was her temporary guardian and could order spoon feeding, etc. I am much less optimistic than I was Wednesday noon.

The FL Supreme Court is anti-Bush, both George W. and Jeb. It will definitely strike down this law or any other law intended to save Terri. This court is entirely political. It won't even read the law except to get a few lines to refute.

I honestly now believe that the only way to save Terri is for the federal police to abscond with her and take her to another state, where the Schindlers can petition for guardianship. I don't think she can survive in FL. But we saw a great miracle Tuesday night -- almost not but a miracle nevertheless.
