Prosecution to present about 65% of their case. Thanks, maggiefluffs! WOW! 65%! I'm surprised! Thought it would be a "barebones", since I've heard many talking heads on TV say that it was enough to go to trial based on the fact that Laci and Connor's bodies washed up on a shore near where there is evidence that Scott went "fishing".

I have a feeling they are still developing evidence as we speak...the recent search of the bay again, and I'm still thinking about the Cindy Adams tease.

You are welcome. I hope I caught all the info correctly.
35 witnesses, per Gomez. She seemed to stress Brocchini's testimony. It looks like he'll be on the stand for some time. Re: Due to the fact that Brocchini didn't have a search warrant he couldn't look for a light switch, IMHO. More interesting is that SP lied, again. Also, SP's reaction when the Detective shined his car headlights into the warehouse.

Yeah, 65%! At last we'll start to get the answers to some questions!!

Me too Sandy. I think that's wrong. 65% sounds like waaaaay too much just to get it bound over for trial. I think they will pare it back a bit, at least I hope so. They just don't need it!
