Re: Due to the fact that Brocchini didn't have a search warrant he couldn't look for a light switch, IMHO. More interesting is that SP lied, again. I think they said that Brocchini would be on the stand for several hrs. He must have alot to say reguarding Snott's odd behavior from the get-go. He will be one of the first witnesses to testify to all of the lies that Snotty told...and of course we will hear lies straight from the horses mouth when we hear the tapes...

MM just because these witnesses are on the list doesn't mean that they will actually call of them. However, if they weren't on the list, I doubt they could call them if they wanted to.
