Per Gloria Gomez, KOVR-TV, on Court TV w/ Catherine Crier:
Paraphrasing... Prosectution to call 35 witnesses in the prelim.; including Lee Peterson (Did he know SP had a boat and was going fishing on Xmas Eve?), Amber Frey (Some tapes revealing romancing by SP after Laci's disappearance, including requests for weekend trips), lead detective (arrest and car contents), another detective, and Detective Al Brocchini (witnessed SP's odd behavior at the house and whse Xmas Eve... delay in whse search because SP said the power was out... Det. used car headlights and flashlight to search... later learned there was power. LOL). Experts to testify - computer, dog, hair, wire tap, GPS.

Thanks for posting this...it sounds like it's going to be a lengthy prelim. The electricity and the warehouse is interesting - this guy honestly never believed that someone would ever suspect or question him. Most people would know that they would get caught in that kind of lie. How hard is it for the police to confirm that the electricity was off?

The detective didn't check the wall switch? ROFL
Thanks Maggie! Great info, especially for one who doesn't get Court TV.
Scott was NOT very good at pretending to be innocent. Lee Peterson is going to be ONE hostile witness.

35 witnesses??? This prelim'll take forever!!!

Thanks MM. That's a treasure trove of witness for just the Prelim.!! I am pretty much convinced in my own mind that NONE of the evidence is going to be excluded. If any is, it will be minor.
