Maggie I don't think the Judge will exclude the Prosecutions evidence. They fully explained "how" it came to be that the investigator omitted evidence he had no knowledge of at that time.!!

It is amazing. He wants to know "what they have"? I guess he could watch the news or read the newspaper or ask Mr. Geragos or better yet, ask his brother. On a less sarcastic note...I'm not an attorney so this doesn't make sense to me. Wouldn't Geragos have an honest discussion with Scott and his family about the evidence and how things are likely to evolve?

Being so rational seems anathema to most here. I suspect that also includes the strange idea that we actually should grant Peterson the presumption of being not guilty and requiring the State of California to prove his guilt beyond and to the exclusion of every reasonable doubt. Calif., just as Florida, lives by the criminal law doctrine that demands:when there are facts that lead to a hypothesis of not guilt as equally as that of guilt, a defendant must be given the benefit of such equal force and thus be found not guilty. (Note that I do not use the term innocence, that is a totally differnet legal concept. One may not be actually innocent and still be not legally guilty).

All I was trying to do was to show everyone that there are worse things than photos of the nude Amber Frey. Imagine photos of the nude HRC or the nude BS. What a nightmare.

Hey Reg I agree. I'm not concerned about Amber's photos from 5 or so years ago. They have NOTHING to do with this trial. In my opinion, she's done the honorable thing here. She didn't need to help LE at all.

They have NOTHING to do with it Jackie. The Defense however will attempt to make a big deal of it. However, I doubt the Judge will even allow it into evidence. It has NO relevance to this case. It happened long before she met Scott Peterson. I remain convinced that once the Jury hears Peterson's own voice that will solve a lot of other witnesses credibility problems. Frankly, I think the Defense is going to attempt to undermine everything that LE has done. You know, OJ style. The good thing here is that they don't have the "race" factor. And a frame up of Peterson is beyond rediculous.

I come from a family of musicians. I play many instrumants,learned from my father. All of my brothers are very talented guitarists, and my brother who is a lifer in the Navy is a blues artist. He is stationed in San Diego and has aquired quite a reputation for himself. He has been writen up in the Califronia Entertainer as the best blues guitarist in the state and has performend with BB King, Buddy Guy, Jimmy Vaughn, and many more. The most rewarding thing for him is he has been in the Navy for 20 years, he has played all around the world while serving our great country. He has been in both Gulf wars and has entertained the people he has liberated. I am so incrediably proud of him.
