They have NOTHING to do with it Jackie. The Defense however will attempt to make a big deal of it. However, I doubt the Judge will even allow it into evidence. It has NO relevance to this case. It happened long before she met Scott Peterson. I remain convinced that once the Jury hears Peterson's own voice that will solve a lot of other witnesses credibility problems. Frankly, I think the Defense is going to attempt to undermine everything that LE has done. You know, OJ style. The good thing here is that they don't have the "race" factor. And a frame up of Peterson is beyond rediculous.

I agree Lynn, the nudie pics have nothing to do with the murder trial. The defence will never be allowed to use this stuff against her. It would be like bringing a rape victims sexual history into the trial.
