It is amazing. He wants to know "what they have"? I guess he could watch the news or read the newspaper or ask Mr. Geragos or better yet, ask his brother. On a less sarcastic note...I'm not an attorney so this doesn't make sense to me. Wouldn't Geragos have an honest discussion with Scott and his family about the evidence and how things are likely to evolve?

You would think so Julie. If he hasn't had an "honest" discussion with SP by now, then I would think that McAllister should have. If neither of them have, then they haven't acted FOR Snott Peterson in good faith.!! imo anyway
