Who is telling the family's attorney that she isn't getting anything? Wouldn't that hospital then be in violation of the law? Sometimes ER's and medical facilities, generally, take a good bit of time to set up administratively so it could be in process of being set up?

The hospice said they would honor Jeb's order and the 'other' lawyer would have to sort it out in the courts, I do not get this!
