Amazing to what lengths Michael S. will go to get Terri killed. His claim about wanting her wishes honored is nonsense. There is no record of her wanting to die. Was it honoring her wishes when he commit adultery?

Give one of them immunity from prosecution.
Has Mike's girlfriend ever filed for an order of "protection" from him? Would that be in a public record?
