If they reinsert the feeding tube at this point, will she revert to the same status she had before they pulled it? or do you think more damage occurred over the last couple of days since they pulled it?

every minute she continues to be starved and dehydrated is critical - only God knows the state she is now in and what will result.

My opinion is that if the tube is re-inserted today, they will also be able to flood her with lactate's ringer IV in order to prevent her organs from shutting down completely. There is a chance that a mass of fluid into her system along with medications to override shock will be able to clean her system. She may need dialysis a few times. This doesn't mean she will need a transplant.
