You may live there and no, I don't, but my oldest friend does, as do some other pals, and I have been to your lovely country a very great deal. I know the history of England and understand what has gone on there and what IS going on there now, better than you do America.

Anti-Semitism isn't antiSemitism ONLY when Jews are attacked, beaten to a bloody pulp, gassed, sent out of the country, or herded into concentration camps. There's far more discrimination against Jews in England, than there is in America right now. You are giving anecdotal evidence, but you don't know everyone in England, haven't laid out the stats, and believe it or not, those of us on this side of the pond read English newspapers all of the time; heck, some of us even watch a very great deal of your programs and not just Britcoms and grand costume drams, but the televised stuff from Parliment. :-)

"your nation also saw Hitler invading countries so why is it all europes fault?"

On March 7, 1936, German troops marched into the demilitarized left bank of the Rhineland. The French and British did nothing ---

German troops were under orders to witdraw promptly if they met immediate resistance. They met no resistance---

On second thought, don't " enjoy " your lecture, as it is patently obvious, from your false/spurious report of what your idiot History lecturer told you about America pre our entry into WWII, that he's filling your head full of bilious lies. " To ensure that it had a better economy " ? In what universe ? He doesn't know a damned thing about FACTUAL American history.

at least in this country England we have freedom of speech no matter what your nationality

I take it from this rather snide comment that you think we Americans don't?

I breathlessly await your evidence.

"I fail to understand how anyone can kill in the name of thier God. Makes no sense to me."

It would depend on who that so-called god actually is.

"Zionist murderers."
"Zionist apartheid"
"You Jews destroyed my country"
"You killed sixty of my family"
"You people invented terrorism"
"Israel is slaughtering thousands"
"I wish it had been eighty or ninety Jews instead of a pitiful handful"
"own every nation if you are not stopped!"
"not enough Jews are killed each time a bomb goes off"
"in the next war Israel will be taught a lesson"

What so-called god does this sound like?

Well, they be killing in the name of their God as often as they can. This is how they were raised and it is their answer to everlasting life. I think they were raised to worship demons and the very idea that they could take lives in the name of God who gives life, is foreign to most of us. To kill for the sake of some religious belief is not allowed in the civilized world.

If you're taking a history class, you might want to research Neville Chamberlain. Oh, and while you're at it, you may want to read up on the political proclivities and sympathies of the Duke of Windsor, the former King Edward VIII.

OK. I know that this is an old thread. Your questions? I do not know the answer because I do not read religious books. However, I say, as I have heard, "Do unto others as they would do unto you". Those words work for me.
