Would you be in favor of states defying the feds on laws covering things like freedom of speech and civil rights protections? If not, on precisely what basis do the states get to decide which laws they'll obey and which ones they'll ignore?
They get to ignore all the unconstitutional ones. In fact, thay have an obligation to do so, but they are too cowardly or greedy to fulfill their obligation.
