How about a brain scam to verify that vegatative state they are claiming?

I didn't know that no brain scan had been done. That changes my opinion on this case. A brain scan should be mandatory before officially determining that someone is in a vegetative state.

Brain scan not needed. She is not on a ventilator, ergo brain activity. She does not have brain stem malfunction (which would be the cause of no brain activity), she has anoxic encephalopathy which caused her aphasia, paralysis, etc.

That is what I was told from someone else on a related thread.

I would think this would be needed.
