Rep karkas (sp?)

she's dying as we speak, off food and water 5 days...
constitution is a piece of paper to protect the people who put us up here, whether it is one person or several, it is our duty to protect them whatever their quality of life is.

I'll stand here and be proud of this

To the Rep in the yellow tie: Checks and ballances A-Hole! The judiciary has fallen down on the job, it is up to you to fix it!

This is largely breaking down on party lines.

I'd like to target every nazi who votes against this bill for perpetual political defeat.

...she has a right to continue, the Gov has a right to be able to look at this thoroughly, MS had to move out of the house, this is not to be taken lightly

thanks for keeping us updated.

I hope someone replies to what this guy is saying. The governor is allowed to pardon death row inmates - isn't that "going against all the courts"?

This guy actually made a subtle slap at the last (doofus) speaker. Good speech.

I hope somebody is keeping track of who votes yes and no on this bill. Anybody who votes no should never be re-elected.

(Oh, that wonderful slippery slope we're on. The liberals are winning. Break the foundation of Constitution - Judeo-Christian values - and we have nothing to fight for the most basic right God gives us - Life. So disheartening.)

"This is largely breaking down on party lines."

Big surprise.

On what basis are these !$$h*les trying to claim the bill to be unconstitutional? The whole point of having different branches of government is to serve as a system of checks and balances against the others!

The present guy talking about the executive branch right to act, based on the provisions of the constitution, is overlooking the fact that the exective priviledge to stay exectiions is granted for LIFE and DEATH situations...LIKE TERRI'S.

Are you suffering from some rare typing form of turrets? ROTFLMAO... You need to settle down a bit.

People are asking and saying things here on the thread because "WE DON'T KNOW EVERYTHING" and are seeking information and are wondering if the law is passing.

You can't assume everybody here has your knowledge, but at least they thankfully don't have your zany posting style either.
