Rep. Attkisson:
The courts acted on the laws that we gave them. Do you like what you see?
Im amazed that we talk about marriage. Lets really talk about it. Marriage is a time-honored institution. But I look at the Bible and it says, Thou shalt not commit adultery. Now, let me ask a question: what woman would continue to live with a man who chooses to be engaged to another woman? What woman would have that man make choices about her life?
America was based on freedom. Freedom means life and how you look at it. Im going to give life.

That is one thing that scares me about this whole thing is what is going to happen to our children and grandchildren?
What you allow to happen to them. What you cannot prevent from happening to them if you don't get seriously involved, and drag anyone else you can get involved in with you. If you have to fight with guns, bombs, whatever, WMD if that is what it takes. Your mind and heart and soul. Bare hands if that is all you have left. You may still lose. If the Book of Revelation is true, you will lose, here in this life, anyway. Things will get much worse than they are now. You may find out how Joan of Arc felt, or Abinadi, or anyone who faced the Inquisition under Torquemada. What happens in this world is not really important AS LONG AS YOU DO ALL YOU CAN! Only the soul is really important. You just have to do what it takes to make as sure as you can that your soul isn't one of those who get cast out at the end.

If the Dems want to claim they support sanctity of marriage, it IS going to come back to bite them later.

If the Dems want to claim they support sanctity of marriage, it IS going to come back to bite them later. Oh, sure they support the sanctity of marriage. Just the right kinds of marriages.
Marriage of brain-damaged woman who wants to kill her: GOOD.
Marriage of a working husband and stay-at-home mother raising three kids: BAD.
Marriage of homosexuals: GOOD
Marriage of heterosexuals [with a few exceptions like the Schiavos']: BAD

Who is this *****?

How many Dems are going to vote No and then go take the Catholic communion on Sunday, the same rite that was denied to Terri?
I'm not Catholic but I do not understand why every Catholic rep who votes No on this knowing what their church teaches would not be excommunicated from that church. I know what God will think of them.
