Everyone from the horrified World Health Organization to your own grandmother knows that, unless they tear or are somehow misused, condoms have a nearly 100 percent success rate in preventing the transmission of STDs, including the virus that causes AIDS.LOL! The folks at the San Francisco Chronicle are still in denial about the NIH composite study (June 2000) conclusion that condoms, even when properly used, had a 15% failure rate in preventing HIV transmission.
This is about the same odds of hitting a cylinder with a bullet in it when playing Russian roulette. Aids is a fatal disease. Using a condom to prevent it is like playing Russian roulette in slow motion.
