LOL! The folks at the San Francisco Chronicle are still in denial about the NIH composite study (June 2000) conclusion that condoms, even when properly used, had a 15% failure rate in preventing HIV transmission.
This is about the same odds of hitting a cylinder with a bullet in it when playing Russian roulette. Aids is a fatal disease. Using a condom to prevent it is like playing Russian roulette in slow motion.
