I'd like to know why Michael can't be held in contempt of court, if it is accurate that he was supposed to use $750,000 of the $1 million lawsuit they won towards her rehabilitation and therapy. I keep hearing he "promised the jury" he would do so, and as soon as he won the suit, he signed a DNR.

Judge Greer preformed this slight of hand in a secret ruling, however the money paid out is a matter of public record even though the corrupt judge sealed the hearing in which he opened Terri's trust to the raiding and plundering.
