When does Kobe Bryant come up to bat? I don't know when he gets to bat, but he could probably play baseball on the diamond he bought for his wife.

We need a Skinner box for batters like Sori.Har!
To: F16Fighter
Heck if I know. I never heard of him. I know that Lyle Lovett did, though.

Is Pettite pitching that good or is it the fact that the other pitcher only has an 86 mph fastball?

Fox has no shame. All these stars of their series. And now they force a player to change his name to "Fox".

Pettitte's slider has been biting good. And funny how everybody has been saying the Marlins beat up on left-handed pitching.

Aaron Boone couldn't hit me if I ran through the strike zone right now.

What a throw by Pudge!! Amazing.

Who had more pressure on them to win tonight?
Answer: Skankees. And you know it.
The Marlins have accomplished what they needed to do already. The skankees haven't.

I think the company that markets those de-motivational posters should take a photo of Boone whiffing badly on a pitch, with an inset of the home run off Wakefield. The caption: "Resting on Your Laurels". Or, "Believing Your own Press".

"Aaron Boone couldn't hit me if I ran through the strike zone right now."Which makes that Game 7 winning HR all the more amazing.

Posada made a throw just like Pudge did, yesterday, almost nailing a speedy runner. Pudge just has a quicker release and a little more oomph on the throw.

Which makes that Game 7 winning HR all the more amazing. Against a guy that the Yankees' BEST hitters couldn't begin to touch all series.

Red Sox Fans no doubt are acutely aware of the irony. That's why Boone has instant "F'in" status, as in "Bucky F'in Dent".
