Terri shiavo is being murdered before my eyes!!!!!!!
personal exoerience | 10/19/2003 | Tammy

Posted on 10/19/2003 1:56:29 AM PDT by russesjunjee

I am posting this message from Pinellas Park Florida concerning a matter of utmost urgency. At this very moment the state of Florida is committing a crime against humanity. A young woman named Terri Shiavo is being starved to death in Hospice care by order of the Florida courts. Terri suffered massive injuries several years ago which left her in severe physical condition and in need of major therapy. However, her husband has seen to it that Terri had no therapy or medical treatment, making it clear that his only wishes were for Terri to just hurry up and die. (lots of life insurance money involved) When he saw that Terri was going to fight for her life he began proceedings to have her euthanized… The mainstream media has lied about this case from word one saying that Terri is in a comma or a persistent vegetative state when she is actually very responsive to the attention and instructions given to her by others. The media has also stated that Terri is on life support which she is not….The only way Terri is assisted is by a feeding tube. Her injuries have left her unable to chew or speak because she has been denied any type of rehabilitation. Terri’s husband is strongly suspected in this case. Nurses and countless others have filed affidavits with Florida’s legal system stating that Terri’s husband is extremely abusive toward her and that he tried to kill her by giving her injections of pure insulin while she lay in the hospital. Yet, no criminal investigation has ever been carried out in this matter….why? Because Terri’s husband received nearly one million dollars to pay for Terri’s rehabilitation, and it is strongly suspected that he owns the judge who is handling this case. On Wednesday Terri’s husband won his battle to have her murdered, and her feeding tube was removed from her body…She has had no food or liquids since 2 pm wed. I came to Florida to investigate this matter. I just couldn’t believe that this could happen in America. But its all true and a helpless Terri Shiavo lies dying a horrible death while her parents and loved ones are kept from her side by armed guards. I have been standing vigil with Terri’s family for the past two days and I must say that this is the most horrifying thing I have ever witnessed. We need your help to get Terri’s story out before its too late. She only has a couple of days left. Our group has been in contact with Jeb Bush, who has the power to take executive action and stop this atrocity from occurring in his state. Jeb is obviously more worried about his political career than he is the life of one of his constituents….Don’t let Florida hide Terri’s story any longer….Go to her web site www.terrisfight.org and get the facts. You will be alarmed at what you see. Please call president bush, Governor Bush, and any other government officials you can think of, but most of all help us to get the truth out. I have watched reporters from CNN, FOX, WGN, CBS, ABC, and MSNBC interview Terri’s family. They are filming and reporting the truth but it is never getting past the cutting room floor. Please call your local papers and radio stations….We must get the truth out or this woman will be dead very soon. No one in Florida’s courts or political system will even hear Teri’s case or her family’s cries for justice. I guess its just not good politics to try and do the right thing anymore. Please help…. everything you do can make a difference…If the state of Florida can get away with murdering a helpless woman then the rest of us are fair game………PLEASE HELP. This is REAL and it’s happening right now.

Question of the day: Why oh why wouldn't the govenment allow Terri to receive communion?
Answer: It would prove she can swallow!!!!! They'd have to stop the murder by decree, and declare the death of the greatest growth industries ( spell that s-c-a-m ) by the two evil sisters - religion and government!!!

Go To:

JOIN THE TERRI JELLO BRIGADE!!! -- DAY FIVE

Attorney Christopher A. Ferrara argues that Michael Schiavo has violated Terri's rights under federal laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, by withholding medical treatment and refusing to allow her to fed by mouth.

"(The Schindlers) are about to lose their daughter because no one wants to put a teaspoon of Jello to her mouth," Ferrara said. "It's insane."

Join the Terri Schindler-Shiavro Jello Brigade Today !!!

Do something that will really tick 'em off!!! Let your pesky little envelope be one of many that will fill their offices with the dreaded packages of jello they dare not feed Terri. My family sent three envelopes addressed:

No More Wiggle Room - Jeb Bush
Governor, State of Florida
400 S. Monroe Street
The Capitol
Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0001
Save Terri Schindler-Shiavro's Life Today!!!

Give 'em a fit........but more importantly.........you're telling them.......

Change the way your running this country. We're watching you, and we don't like the way you're doing business in our name.

"Look at this video of Terri opening her eyes very wide in response to a doctor asking her to open her eyes. After you watch this video I would like a retraction of your statement that she is "non responsive". As anyone can clearly see, she is NOT non-responsive at all, or a vegetable."

I watched the video carefully and I have to say I see nothing that indicates she knows or understands what is going on around her. A plant will grow toward a light or a sunny window. The soft voice of her mom may register on some level as pleasing much as a gunshot would have the opposite effect on her. I don't see what you're seeing I guess.

I do know that if it were me, I would hope and pray that someone loved me enough to put me out of my misery. I can't help but think it's cruel to condemn her to even another day trapped in that state. I think 13 years is enough.

Jeb is on our side.

Maybe with lip service so he can kiss up to the pro life voters. BUT his words are meaningless. Think about it. If he gave a crap about Terri, he wouldn't rest until her life was protected and justice was served. Terri's husband and the Florida courts are in Satan's camp and it looks like they are going to be victorious . . . for now. But in the end, they will pay dearly for this outrage.

>>BUT it is her husband ORDERING her execution via starvation.....Can't ANYONE stop this woman from starving to death?

Maybe God could send a nice accident or illness to Michael Schiavo in the next day or two. If Terri was a widow her "guardian" would need replacing and her parents could step in. I am not advocating anyone do this to him but God Himself.

You might say "But God wouldn't do that!" Oh no? What about Sodom and Gomorrah? Or Noah's flood? Or even Ananias in the book of Acts, chapter 5:1-6:

"But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession, And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet. But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land? Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God. And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things. And the young men arose, wound him up, and carried him out, and buried him."

"Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord." - Romans 12:19

Um...this video is of a man telling her in a matter-of-fact, clinical voice, "Terri, open your eyes. Open your eyes..." (and she does, very wide) "Good job, young lady." She is explicitly following the instructions of a monotone male voice, not the cooing of her mother. Are you sure you watched the video very carefully?

The staunchest supporter of the death penalty would not advocate that a cold-blooded killer be subjected to the death that Terri has been sentenced to....

I dunno. I can think of at least three cold-blooded killers who deserve such a death.

There may be some who deserve it, but it is just against our nature to mete out such a death, even on such ones. For most people, were we to attend such deaths, we would still be overcome by compassion for another human being, even one who had caused suffering to others. There is something fundamentally distateful about torture, and a death of starvation and dehydration would be torture.

The Florida Supreme Court, ultimately.

Not really. If a judge's stated reasoning is inconsistent with a law, an appellate court can address that.

If, however, a judge's stated reasoning includes findings of fact which are clearly contrary to the evidence, the most an appellate court (or the Supreme Court) can do is order a judge to "consider" evidence he did not examine the first time. If a judge's consideration of evidence merely involves saying "I noted XXXX and didn't consider it relevant", there's nothing any appellate court can do to challenge that.

Judge Greer has determined a number of "facts" which are just plain wrong. Most fundamental, he has found that there is no reason to believe there even might be a conflict of interest involving Michael and Terri. If there were any possibility of a conflict of interest, he would be required to appoint a guardian ad litem. Since he says that there is no reason to believe such a conflict might exist (after having allowed Felos to fire a guardian ad litem who claimed Felos' actions were contrary to Terri's interests!), his failure to appoint a guardian ad litem as legally required cannot be challenged.

There's a court order that allows Terri's feeding tube to be pulled, based on state law.

State law may allow the feeding tube to be pulled, but it certainly does not allow oral sustenance to be denied.

Given that the two statutes are in conflict, haven't the Schindlers litigated this? If not, why not?

bottle of water??

I recall the last election when Florida was the stronghold of liberalism, when all manners of attack were being perpetrated against the President-elect and his family, namely Jeb Bush...PLEASE!!!Jeb Bush is doing his best, but it is the laws that are hampering him and all concerned...This is a tragic situation that is now occuring to a defenseless young lady by the name of Terri and her family....PLEASE BLAME THE LAWS THAT WERE PASSED for just this type of situation.....May COMMON SENSE once again rule and again,my heartfelt prayers to the family of Terri Schiavo.

Obviously the defenders of Terri do not understand the mystic "paragraphs."

More's the pity.

Honestly, this woman is one in a hundred thousand..
How do you know she does not wish to die?

Making of her a focal point does her a disservice.

As does speaking on her behalf utilizing trailer-park phraseology.

Let the woman die.

Read a book.

What I find amazing is that freepers insist that Jeb (and possibly George W.) Bush use an executive order to put Terri's feeding tube back in, but screamed like mad when Clinton used executive orders ("stroke of the pen, law of the land, cool," Paul Begala) to circumvent congress.

How about demanding that she at least be offered oral sustenance? Denial of oral sustenance, when such denial would kills someone, is expressly forbidden. Of course, Greer's denial of oral sustenance is supposedly for the purpose of ensuring Terri doesn't get fluid in her lungs and develop pneumonia, but I think Jeb could clearly say that--regardless of what Judge Greer claims--that denial of oral sustenance in this case would have the effect of killing her.

I know my mothers eyes were glassy and dead-looking when she went into a coma before her death. It's a sight I'll never forget. When you see the video of Terri, I cannot understand how anyone can say she is gone.

I remember that look to, when my wife was being carried on a stretcher from my apartment to the ambulance.

That hospital or facility needs to know people are going to choose to go elsewhere after this.

That will bankrupt them at least for this.

A disabled dependent adult is denied treatment through court order and injunction, then when they get their logical result, they want to kill it.

Actually, it's better. A disabled adult, who according to an affidavit appears like she could be spoon-fed, is denied oral sustenance; her consequent reliance upon a feeding tube is thus grounds to kill her.
