The major problem I have is with Judge Greer. I believe he is the one who could have put an end to all of this death wish nonesense and taken a look at Terri's Medical condition himself. Then he would have seen that she was bing neglected by her gaurdian and that he was testifying falsly about her medical condition. He has testimoey from 6 docters who said she could get better with treatment. One docter who said she is being murdered. He would not accpet the testimony at all, neve has accpeted any testimony that she could recover. Does he have a bias.. why yes. he is a right to die advocate and believes that is all this case is about.
She is not brain dead , in a coma or a vegetable. She could have recovered with therapy. He would not accept any medical testimony that she was responding to threatment or could be tested, could communicate, etc.. Why not ask her if she wants to die? He would not consider that.
Is it or is it not Jeb's Duty to out a corupt judge? This woamn is having her life taken from her because the Judge thinks she is a vegetable and that she deserves to die. He is using the guardian's word that she said so.. he has no proof of that, if fact he said otherwise years earlier that he needed th malpraictice money torehab her at home. Then less than a yer later started having her feedin gtube removed instead..
I understand that it is the parent's responsibility to fend for them selves at some point, but WTH do we have governement for if it is not to step in when a crime is being commited against a defensless disabled person? Is it not a corime to take someone's life against their will when they have commited no crime? It is a lw in Florida that a Disabled person can not be neglected. But Terri has been for many years now, but that seems to be oaky with some peopel because the parents were savy enough to know howto stop it.
Shame on us for having gotten to the point that defensless, unsavy people deserve to be tourtured and starved worse than we treat our animals.
