Did the job, though.

Giambimbo looked horrid with that "whatever" he "hit."

Orlando "El Duque" Hernandez had a high leg kick, but not that high.

I'm just always afraid some part of his body's gonna snap doing that over and over again. Looks painful as hell.

I remember 'El Duque' too. This guy has the highest kick I've ever seen.

Giambi has been allergic to producing RBI singles for about two months now.

Hey Grady Little! see, when your pitcher is done, you pull him as fast as you can....

He was momentarily possessed by the ghostly curse.

Ease off Grady. Bosox fans would have criticized him either way. Don't take away from what the Yankees did. They came back to win from behind. The last thing we Red Sox fans need is to fall into the same hyper critical pattern of the sports radio idiots. The Yankees beat us. But it was a great series and a great game. I am proud of the Red Sox and will be there on opening day! I am rooting for the Yankees right now and proudly so.

I think Grover had to be wrapped like a mummy to pitch that game.

If I am not mistaken he retired after that. Amazing he won as many games as stinking drunk he was.

WTF is with Wells tonight? Is he always all over the place like that?

Grady made the mistake of listening to Pedro. Other than that he out-managed the Yankees.

He'll be around, I hope for your sake. Best manager the Red Sox has had since Zimmer.

The Red Sox have terrible ownership, though.

"Bernie, Jeter, Mariano, Pettitte, Posada, .......the Yanks' backbone (and all farm system guys)."

And coincidently, the most dependable Yanks.

Question: Can anybody pull up the number of runners in scoring position Jason Giambi has left on base including the Twin series?

Tired, nervous. Those breaking balls should be knocked out of the park.

Poor Semper. :-)

Nah, don't feel sorry for me. It's not my fault my team gave away the pennant.

There are former Yankee players who are among my all time favorite players. And I think Joe Torre is the best manager there is.

But I don't have much interest in the outcome of this series. (Except maybe a Yankee loss would make their classless owner implode, which would not bother me.)

Those playoff threads were a blast, though.
