Posada should take all the way. 3-0 count.

I agree. Usually when the Yankees make the World Series, the networks consider it good news. They tend to like big market teams for their ratings. But I think a LOT of people are disappointed in not seeing either the Cubs or Red Sox after coming so close to both of them winning.

Got to advance the runner. Even with Mr. Strikeoutober (Giambi) coming up.

Oh, that's absolutely laughable. The Marlins aren't feeling any more pressure right now than the Yankees are. Both teams went to 7 games in their previous series and both were equally pressure-packed.

You see Nick Johnson?? He was admiring his head up his @ss when Rodriquez caught him off third! What a lame brain!! And his slide flopped short of the bag then he tried to crawl back.

Ooo-kay... Hope you're not pumpin' down the ol' beverages on an empty stomach ;-)

2 on, none out, Giambi up. A deep fly ball to right will advance runner from second to third.

Rumor has it Zim has challenged Bill "Spaceman" Lee to a 'Steel Cage' match. The Spaceman Vs. the Gerbil

Dusty had lost confidence in his bullpen especially Veres, Alfonseca and Guthrie. His mistake was in not using Clement in relief in games 6 and 7. Grady Little's mistake was much bigger. The Redsox struggled the entire season with their bullpen. They finally got their act together in the playoffs with an outstanding bullpen performance then Grady doesn't pull the trigger and use them. That was a complete disgrace. He should get the boot for that one.Yeah, Dusty made some bad decisions, but Grady choked. He and Bartman should both go into the Fed Witness Protection Program....
To: TrappedInLiberalHell
Giambi needs to stop swinging so damned hard. A fly ball is fine, as long as it advances the runner(s).

"Both teams went to 7 games in their previous series and both were equally pressure-packed."Are you kidding? The Marlins had ZIP pressure compared to NY...
And what is Giambi doing????
